You have 3 days to return or exchange the shipment in unused condition through self-serviced exchange and return system. Returning while the courier is at your door removes extra fees.
- Returned items must be in new and unused conditions with the original tags still attached.
- Baggy are not responsible for fees associated with returns, and exchanges.
- We do not accept returns from products bought through anything other than baggycollectives.com.
- DISCLAIMER: Frequent returns or unusual activity will be flagged in our system. If return policy is abused, we may refuse future orders or cancellations. BaggY also do not allow returns and exchanges on sold out, or at sale cost items.
